The Premium Edition sells for $299.95 with an upgrade price of $149.95. Only the Premium Edition can be used in Photoshop. With all the modules contained in Perfect Photo Suite 8, one has basically an equivalent of an image editing program. All versions can be used as a standalone which automatically is downloaded.
